Pruning roses and fusicas
in Plants
I think now is the time to
prune my roses and fuchsias.
My roses has start budding very well.
My fuchsias show no sign of budding.
For the fuchsias, should I cut down to the ground,
or leave 30 cms above the ground.
Should I also add bone and fish fertilizer - or is
this too early to add fertiliser.

I assume they are hardy fuchsias. It is still a little early. I cut off the old stems when I can see the tiny new growth at the bottom. They are later than roses to get going. The bone and fish fertiliser will be fine for them.
