Orchids

My moth orchid phalaenopsis anabolis needs repotting but its in flower, do I  wait , and how big  a pot  should I use please.

    You should wait until after flowering. There's no rush to re-pot, why risk upsetting it. 

    The following advice says choose a pot that is abut an inch larger, if the root system has outgrown the old pot. However if you are just 'refreshing' the orchid bark, it can go back into the same pot. They probably don't want to be sat in a pot that is too much larger than their roots. In nature they live in crevices on the bark of trees etc, out of the soil.
