Viburnum tinus - moving?

I would like to move my viburnum tinus backwards in the border it currently sits in. Just moving it about a foot and a half. It’s 2 years old. When would be the best time to do this? Any advice appreciated.

If it’s still flowering, I’d wait for the flowers to fade and then move it whenever there’s no frost or severe weather expected, ideally late March. Once moved, giving it some blood fish and bone and an organic mulch will also help. There’s more details here on moving evergreen shrubs:
