I'd definitely not entertain that large one. If you want a pine, look at nurseries up here in Scotland. They grow like weeds, so you're more likely to get a healthy specimen.

You would need a large area around either tree to allow for extensive tethering all the way around it to anchor them to protect them from wind rock, for several years.
I wouldn't consider either of them. It would be years of intensive care to get the big one root firm and maybe it never would. I don't like the look of the trunk on the second.
