Where are you?

When people ask for advice they are often asked for their location in order to help. Some members have their location on their posts automatically - very useful, saves having to ask. I've done it but forgotten how it's done.
East Dorset, new (to me) rather neglected garden.

Most of us did it a while ago but  locations were removed for some reason.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

@SueAtoo, you have East Dorset under your post, but if you are on your phone it probably won't show. I can see it on my laptop. It used to be possible to put it by your name but no longer.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

I think some people have the location written in their signatures. I have signatures blocked but I do miss seeing the location
  • I only use a Lap top and can also see East Dorset, London ( B3 ) and Dordogne and Norfolk ( BLizzie )

Yes, many of us put our location in our signatures when the forum stopped displaying location at the top of posts (I think it used to appear just below the username).
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
