Anyone else having notification problems?

About a week ago I noticed that notifications to posts I've bookmarked are arriving much later.
e.g. this post from Topbird was posted today at 12:40

When the notification arrived it stated that Topbird's post was posted at 13:16 when I got the notification-

So I keep re-reading posts that I've already read..
Is it just me, or are other having the same issue?

I've tried signing out and back in, but there's still a long delay before a notification arrives with a wrong time stamp
I've just got notification of your post which says you posted at 15:56 when you actually posted at 15:28
