    Take your custom elsewhere!
If you use Facebook you could call them out on there - sometimes companies take more notice than of complaints by email/phone.

  • frome here on in i will for sure.  They leave me no choice.  They are seriously taking the michael.  can only assume as the value is relatively low, they think people will just write off the waste of money ... Incredibly disappointing

It's much the same as with the blue strawberry seeds you can buy on ebay et al.
There's no such thing as a blue strawberry, they still sell plenty of them but due to the low value people can't be bothered to complain.

What a shame you've had such a poor experience @cooper_lou. I would never use T&M or Parkers, although I've used Suttons in the past without a problem.
There are so many very good, reliable suppliers - the already mentioned Premier, Chilterns, Fothergills etc, so if you tell us what you're looking for we can offer suggestions too.
I've used Simply Seeds several times, and they've been excellent. I just got some new lettuce seed yesterday. Lettuce is something that needs to be pretty fresh - one of the very experienced veg growers on the forum raised that when I had problems with germination a few years ago. He was right - when I got new seed, the germination was fine again.
I agree that they often must assume the [generally] low cost of seed means people may not bother to complain, but some seed is becoming expensive. It's not acceptable to be fobbed off though, regardless of the costs.
