Jerusalem Cherry Leaves

I have two 4 yr old plants, one is doing fine but the other has crinkly leaves on the end and it's working it's way down slowly.... anybody any ideas?
They are outdoors permanently but I cover them with a fleece at night.

You must be in a mild microclimate, as these aren't supposed to be hardy! I presume the affected leaves have been slightly frosted.

Thanks for your reply. I live in northern Spain but temps are still below freezing at night.
Just wondering why it's only affected one plant and not both
