Glue compost?

Does anyone know anything about it? According to a member on another thread, it's some sort of growing medium that stops compost breaking up in transit.
In London. Keen but lazy.

The growers mentioned. The name / company mentioned by @rossdriscoll13 on page two of the other thread.
