Potting on geranium seedlings
in Plants
Hello all - I am very new to growing geraniums from seed! Seedlings are looking great and it is now time to pot on. Can I keep them in a potting shed on the window ledge once potted on? Seeds were sown in January and I would like the house window ledge space for more seeds :-)

You can put them in the potting shed and bring them back into the house in the evening if the weather mild enough during the day.
Should of said this first , are these Geranium the garden plant or geranium ( pelargoniums ) the bedding plant ?
Thank you for responding. I am in Broadstairs so very South. Temperature in potting shed is about 12-24 during the day (obviously depending on the sun) and so far has dropped to 4.5 degrees at night.
They are the bedding plant. Good idea to bring them in at night whilst I keep an eye on that temperature.
haha - they do say the biggest downfall of a new gardener is impatience
Thank you.
It's why sowing early is often not worthwhile, regardless of the plant.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
