It's a type of mallow, aka Malva l think.

Looks like a variety of Lavatera.

If it’s flowering now it could be Anisodontea El Rayo perhaps.
Just had another look, no it’s a Malva/Lavatera by the density of flowers!
Wirral. Sandy, free draining soil.

Anisodontea El Rayo can be a great garden choice, if you are looking for something similar, with a long flowering period. In the same family. Good for full sun.
