Same here. Imbolc on Feb 1st is my mark for the beginning of spring.

I am going to have to start watering this week for the pots. No proper rain for a few weeks. It's worth checking on the state of play with your pots.

Yes of course, same here in Brittany. Yesterday I started my "winter pruning" on what felt like a lovely April day.😳 I pruned the following (more to do in the coming days):
    • Clematis ‘Guernsey Cream’, C. ‘Jackmanii’, C. ‘Samaritan Jo’, C. ‘Forever friends’.
    • Hibiscus syriacus ‘Lavender Chiffon’,
    • 2 Fuchsia magellanica.
    • Lavatera x clementii ‘Barnsley’
    • Sambucus nigra Black Lace ‘Eva’.
    • Rosa ‘Madame Alfred Carière’
    • Calamintha nepeta.

I did half my roses today and prep for some group 3 clems that I will be moving shortly. Lots of perennials are busy reshooting.
