Poorly wallflowers

After nearly two years of unimaginable sadness I am beginning to enjoy being in my garden again - and reconnecting with forum friends ……
Can anyone tell me why so many of my wallflowers have been completely stripped of their foliage? I don’t remember this ever happening before

Any evidence of slugs or snails?

No evidence of snails or slugs - and definitely not rabbits.
  • How old are these wallflowers? They normally last only two or three years in my garden.
BTW, my Euphorbia also has not one single leave. Maybe the storms did something ...

    I my garden.

Apparently wallflowers are brassicas  and pigeons eat brassicas. Could it be that?

I'm so sorry that you have had a horribly hard time.

It’s so nice to be back. Thank you for your comments - and support. From your advice, the only likely culprit I can identify might be pigeons.
