    It's one of those Kilmarnock willows, by the look of it, which has been heavily pruned into a mushroom shape. Better to just replace it if you like them.
    As said, it's grafted, so the base will regrow, but it will be a 'normal' willow because of the graft. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
