Aeonium plant

Can my aeonium be revived?

I left my aeonium plant at my boyfriends house while I went back home for thanksgiving break. When I came back I noticed my plant looked like it was dying. It developed these white powdery spots with dry leaves and I worked on reviving my plant. Unfortunately, I left for Christmas break and left my plant with a friend, but they informed me that my plant was not doing well. When I got back almost all the leaves had fallen off and the leaves that were still on had developed more white spots and look like they are about to fall off. Does my plant look like it could still be revived. I have contemplated taking it to a nursery, but am open to any other advice.

Thank you!

I’m in the UK and in the past mine have been caught by very low temperatures outdoors and all the “ leaves” were lost. I cut off the dead top and kept the trunk part in its pot on a bright windowsill barely watered it over winter. In the spring it sprouted babies from the top. So good luck to you what have you got to lose.

    Bilje's got it.

THe growing point looks OK so it might recover in time.  Or the Top could be used as a cutting.
