Philodendron offshoots

My philodendron has been healthy and growing well all year. But in the last two months it is just producing massive, non leaf bearing shoots. It’s in a good location and nothing has changed in its care. What should i do?

Firstly I will say that I have no experience with philodendrons but those new shoots are the sort of thing my rhaphidophora produces when it wants to reach the ceiling.

I'm guessisng your plant is so happy that it wants to go full jungle. You can either give it some support and let it get on with growing or cut it back and try to keep it in check.
