Horse manure in polytunnel beds

I think I've messed up!!

This is my first year back in my polytunnel after having my 2 boys (4 years ago was the last time I attempted to grow anything). I am hoping I can now carve enough time out to make a go of growing something that we can actually harvest and eat.

I have made a hot bed in my polytunnel to start off early seedlings and to get a head start.

My worry is, I added the excess horse manure to my very sorry and sad looking beds. I dug in it and topped it with fresh bags of compost. I have just read that fresh horse manure is a BIG no-no!! But it's too late!! It's already in! The manure has come from the fields so has no urine soaked straw with it but each bed has 3 bags mixed in to it.

I don't plan on transplanting anything into the beds for a other 8 weeks or so but will it be ok? Can I make my family poorly? Will it scorch/kill off my young plants??

It won't do any harm to anyone eating the produce.
I'd be inclined to deepen the layer of something less rich on top to transplant into...
...and given that it's already 'diluted' with other materials, I wouldn't worry too much about the plant roots either.
