Irrigating large pots over distance

Im looking at installing an external micro watering system to water a total of 10 lead planters, 4 measuring 4'cube and 6 measuring 2.5'cube, the closest to the tap 18m and the furthest in line being 116m.I have good water pressure but i dont know the precise pressure.
so im looking for advise on what has worked for others? should i add a pump ? etc etc

I run water 150m out to a sprinkler. I use 100m of 38mm followed by 50m of standard hose. the water pressure drop is very noticeable with the standard hose but the 38mm doesn't have any noticeable pressure loss. I would suggest running 38m all the way out and taking the smaller diameter out to the drips. You may need to put a pressure limiter on the pipe at the begining.
