All you amazing gardeners I wish you a very successful year ahead.
I completed a 2 year Horticultural Course last year in 17 months. And received a certificate of Commendation for it. Not bad for a 61 year old I suppose, who has never done any exams etc since school days.
The most difficult part for the end of last year, was the sad loss of my beautiful 17 year old cat Pippa. She meant the world to me, and helped me through my difficult days with Crohns Disease. We sadly had to have her put to sleep the day before my birthday. So at the moment I am struggling with her loss. People may say 'it's only a cat', but she was so special. I will miss her so much, and especially our times in the garden together. So I will get out in my garden and make it a special memory for her and let it help heal me also.

I really feel your loss @Jacqueline29. We've been there three times over the years and it never gets any easier. But time is a great healer, especially if you introduce a new kitten into the household. After we lost Harry, we were definitely never having another cat. Until Murphy came along....
