  • That is a bargain for a 4' plant. 😁  I bet it was pleased to finally be adopted.

    Just make sure it isn't rootbound if you decide to plant it out. How well prepped the ground is will be the main factor, and that depends on what other planting you have around, and the condition of the soil.
    If in doubt, you can leave planting it out until spring or summer.  :)

  • The soils OK it's a mix of new top soil from when I had a garden make over with some black magic  dug in so it's very easy to work down to about  12 inches then it gets a bit heavy. 
    I've  got half a bag of black magic in the garage so I could give them a bit of that ?
