My cactus is not great and I don't know what to do

A few days ago I woke up to a very squashy and sad-looking cactus and found that I had over watered it.
I left it in the very bare British winter sun and it just seems to have deteriorated.
It was leaking water but has now stopped and is now growing white fluff.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
