What plant is this and how do I care for it?

Good day. I would like to know what kind of plant this is and how to care for it. It's been struggling lately as I forgot to water it for two weeks. I did give it water but it still has not recovered. The leaves are super thin and wrinkled. Before it was plump and full and smooth.
I keep it on a summer window sill. In the last week the front two leaves and stem dried up and browned and I had to pull them off.

I really don't want it to die but have no idea what to do or even what plant it is to find the care for it

It might be a type of Senecio, but that really is a guess  :)

It looks a bit like Hoya krohniana

... If it is Hoya, it wants bright indirect light (an east facing window is idea). Good idea to let the compost virtually dry out between waterings. Never allow it to sit in wet. Good drainage and well drained open compost suit it best.
