Is this a type of Holly?

    Yes, although I cannot say which one it is.
    There is one like yours I think has a male version and a female. 
    And each are called King or Queen, but each is ... um... incorrectly named?

    That's a female and, due to colour and sex, is neither 'Golden King' or 'Silver Queen'

    Well at least it is nice to be able to rule out two of hundreds :D

    Golden King actually a female holly so it is probable it is Golden King ( very common variety ) if that variegation is yellow ? Leaf shape looks right but can't make out colour if its white or yellow

    Golden King is very bright yellow

    I do have Golden King but its a bit dark outside, weren't sure if the camera were picking the yellow out. Doesn't matter either way its a holly and a nice one with berries .
