Put up a spare trellis - is there enough room behind it for morning glory?

    @Pink678, about an inch gap would be fine, depends really if you've got any spare wood battens you can cut up to use as spaces, old trellis battens doubled up or even empty cotton reels would do the job fine.

    It will look good next year.

    @Lizzie27 thank you I will go for that then. I will have a think about finding some inch thick things to use as spacers. It will be a handy friend who will put it up for me so I might ask them if they have anything. I see now that using spacers is much easier than using long nails and trying to leave an inch gap!
