Mini fruit trees.

Hi all, I have just taken possession of three mini fruit trees from Thomson and Morgan, they were on offer at 3 for 15 pounds and I couldn’t resist, there is a cherry tree, apple tree and a conference pear tree, the came on 9 centimetre pots. Now, my question is, what to do next? Leave them as they are outside in their little pots? Put them in an unheated garage in their pots? Or re-pot them all to larger pots? Then leave them outside, or put them into the garage until spring? Any help would be most appreciated,
