2.5 year old avocado tree

Hi there,
I have very little experience growing anything, however, I managed to grow my avocado seed into a mini tree 5 foot high and I have spent a lot of time and effort getting her to this point. She was growing the best, was extremely happy and sprouting daily but over the last couple of months, she is not doing too well. Her leaves are dropping off, they have drooped, wilted, become brown at the tips and I don't know what to do anymore. I have tried upping humidity in the room, feeding with orange tree supplement, aerating the soil. I've gone as far as wrapping her pot plant in foam to try to keep her warm.
She was plagued by white fly for 2 months during this time too. I treated her with neem oil, organic bug spray, used sellotape to remove the flies leaf by leaf.
I am so invested in this avocado tree and I would love to get some advice because I am so worried ☹️

lower light levels than it would like, coupled with a lack of humidity. They’re temperamental grown indoors as they need pretty good light but not direct sun … difficult in the uk in the winter.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
