What's the front boundary like @uobrup66554? Is there room to put a bit of greenery there as a focal point? Even if there's very little garden space as such, that might be easier and can be low maintenance too. It's certainly most important to make sure your dad has room to manoeuvre safely around the car, but if there's room, and your parents have a view out to the front, perhaps a simple bit of screening there with something in planters would be a nice focal point. It would take the eye away from the wall/fence [if you opt for that] and over time, that side view might then be less of a problem.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
