  I have a Bushnell low glow. We originally bought it at the start of lockdown because a neighbour said she had seen a baby deer.  We are  on a main road near the M1 and A52 Junction.  This is night time effect.

   Yes there is some amazing stuff out at night.   We started with a trailcam, then as it showed up a lot of moths, got into moth trapping, then also bought a bat detector to find we have five different types of bats in the immediate area.

  I have a Browning recon force elite HP4 with panasonic eneloop pro rechargeable batteries with a panasonic BQ-CC63 charger.

  
  

  Awesome.

  Basic rechargeable batteries in winter don't last very long, the panasonic eneloop's last a couple of weeks sometimes three in winter and six to 8 weeks in summer.

  
  

  Not all SD cards are the same, getting the fastest cards that perform better and prolong the battery life too is best.  I have a 32GB SDHC UHS-I Ultra 120mb/s card. It'll take a thousand 20sec videos with high resolution and sound.  Recorded sound can be a bonus and a pain..... Sometimes you can hear something but not see it and when it's something new for the garden it's frustrating but fun!
