Can I move my plants yet?

Hi all
I hope you are well
Am I able to move my plants yet, they're mostly salvia varieties but in very much the wrong places
Can I also divide plants yet? Or actually have I left it too late anyway?
Thank you

I mess around with hardy plants in winter but only a few Salvias are truly hardy. Which ones have you got?

I'd leave them until spring, they'll be approaching dormancy now so won't make any progress over winter.
    Wirral. Sandy, free draining soil.

So would I. It's a bit too close to winter now.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
