In addition to the above, don’t feed your lawn now or use a scarifier until spring. If worm casts become a problem, turn a spring tine rake upside down with the prongs upwards to sweep them off before you mow.
If it's forecast a fine day and you want to cut the grass but there's heavy dew on it first thing, you can swish it off with a long thin cane held horizontally (you need to squat down), then the grass should be dry enough to cut by afternoon. Or brush it off, but that takes longer, and you have to walk on more of it. I can do the cane thing mostly standing on the edging bricks.
