Moving Tree - Advice needed

I planted a tree this time last year (Acer × freemanii - Autumn Blaze) however now would like to relocate. It was the standard size of tree you would buy in a normal garden center. Is it possible to move this tree without causing it too much disturbance? Thanks

    The tree won't have rooted out much so should be easy to move. Agree with Pansyface except the planting hole should be no deeper than the rootball, because cultivated soil will tend to sink down. If you do dig deeper, the soil should be tamped down gently before placing the tree. The base of the tree's stem should never be buried or lower than surrounding soil level.
