Cutting lawn

Hi I’ve just cut my grass as we had a break in the weather, I have a dog so I’ve cut it on the short setting, I’ve just had a read up and it says I shouldn’t have cut it short before winter will it survive do you think as it’s still early November?

  • As long as it doesn’t get frosted before it grows to a reasonable height again it’ll be fine. But raise the bar now while you remember, and keep it up for the winter … and only cut on dry days when frost isn’t forecast.

    Hope that helps 😊
