Pls help me save this plant!

Hello everyone, this in door plant seems to be slowly dying but I’d love to save it if possible! Any tips??

  • Are you sure it is dying? The ends of the stems look like flower remains to me. A quite normal thing for flower stems on succulents to do. Just snip off the dead ends and continue to keep on the dry side for the winter.

  • Have turned your pic.
Seems to be new healthy growth in the middle.

Does it ever sit in water? Those outer pots without drain holes always make me nervous. Cut off the dead bits, give it good drainage, good light, and occasional watering (never left standing in water) and it should recover. You might want to shake the old soil off the roots and repot into a gritty compost (50% grit, 50% new compost).

Keep in as bright a position as possible to encourage that newly emerging central growth ; cut off those practically dead old stems as they look ghastly !
Regarding compost/watering etc. , follow the good advice above .
