Very poorly wisteria

It has been very healthy from when I planted it 4 years ago. I the last 2 - 3 weeks it has deteriorated rapidly - see photos - thank you in advance for your help and advice

    It looks thirsty.  They like their roots to have a good, deep run so they can access moisture and nutrients to sustain all that vigorous top growth.

    Is it in a pot or planted close up against a fence?  Both of these situations could lead to water restriction as not enough rain will get to them.  If it's in a pot it's entirely reliant on you for food and water as potting composts only have food for 90 days max.
