Wondering what's affecting this Nepeta?

Can anyone help with what this is please? Wondering if it's Red Spider Mite and if anyone has any experience in effectively dealing with an outbreak at this stage (whole plant is like this). Have read about spraying them off with water, but not sure if it is RSM or if the plant is perhaps beyond that.

Not spider mites.
Ignore it - it will soon die back for winter.
They may or may not reappear next year.
