Re-seeding Lawn

Update on my previous question (September 2023) about re-seeding our large lawn. We went with our gut and scarified the lawn to within an inch of its life.  Filled 3 builders bags with thatch and got down to almost bare earth.  Aerated 3 times, then mixed new top soil and grass seed and spread at about an 8th inch, rolled it and hoped for the best.  About 3 weeks in and we have lush new grass springing up.  There are a few patches that are still a bit 'earthy', but hopefully the seed will catch up with the rest.  All that back-breaking raking and sowing seems to have paid off, which took us nearly a week to accomplish - not an easy job when you're in your mid-70's!  Hopefully will have a nice new lush lawn next Spring. Saved ourselves a lot of money by doing it and not having turf laid. Thanks to those who replied to my question in September.
