Hanging basket help

Hi, excuse my lack of knowledge but what should I do with these lovely baskets that are starting to look a bit sorry for themselves, not too bad but a few bits starting to die off,  shall I dead head? Replant elsewhere and save for next year? Thanks

Definitely deadhead the pansies if you want them to keep flowering. I don't know about the others
    In London. Keen but lazy.

I would keep it tidy for as long as possible then dump the lot and start again next season. There’s not a lot of growing medium in hanging baskets and as autumn kicks in the plants are all pretty stressed due to lack of room, nutrient deficiency and the weather.
I’d be very careful if transplanting the ivy. They can be a menace in the wrong place.
