Save my camelia

Hi, I have a camelia japonica in my garden for 2 years. It was full of leaves and flowers at first but then started to drop flowers even before they bloomed, leaves started to change color and eventually fell, tried to grow new leaves but this summer there were not even a single leaf left on it.. until this summer I have added fertilisers, increased the acid level of soil, watered regularly.. at the end of this summer it slowly began to grow new leaves but they are weak, I don’t know what else I can do.. maybe it’s planted to wrong spot in the beginning, windy and no shade from sun in summer.. attached the photos of my plant, is there a way it can be saved?

Even in the last pic it's very, very unhealthy.
Full sun is no use for them. Dappled shade is ideal, even full shade for many varieties.
They need good soil, neutral to acidic, plenty of water [rainwater preferably] and decent drainage.
I'm afraid your site looks to be all the wrong things for a camellia.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
