  At this end of the year I'd wait for leaf fall, clear them up to remove any possible disease and see what you get next year

  @thierry.g.6868750 I think that could be Amelanchier too not sure which one. The leaves will turn a vibrant red before falling.
  I will add that I may be wrong but from what I can see in the photo it is very likely.

  I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

  Thierry, are you in France and, if so, which area? I live in Dordogne and we have had some hot, dry spells. Have you watered it? I have given mine a can of water 3 times a week. They like moist soil.

  It might be a Snowberry, symphoricarpus. Do you know if it has white berries in late summer/autumn? It would naturally lose its leaves at this time of year. It looks fairly normal to me. The weather this year has been a problem for shrubs. It should grow next year and be fine.
