When is the best time to prune a buddleia bush. A beautiful warm day in West of Scotland and wondered if I could tackle it today

    I used to trim mine by about a third in early winter to stop wind/storm damage then a further third late winter/early spring. No idea if this is the ‘proper’ way but worked fine for mine.

    I leave mine until March as small birds like the seeds!
