Depends on how much space you have to put your pots ( size ? ) - assuming you are using pots on a solid/tiled surface ? Also assuming your pool building is heated all year round ? As you say bright rather than sunny but don't specify the temperature, you could perhaps look at "mid level tropical " plants/trees. Without any dimension being given, it's difficult to specify. Take a look at some of the tropical houses in the UK to give you an idea but obviously take into account the extra humidity from your pool. Perhaps a bit more info and pics if possible may elicit further advice
