Polka Raspberries not flowering
in Fruit & veg
I bought some autumn raspberry 'Polka' plants 2 years ago and planted them out on my allotment. Not a lot happened in the first summer as there was no evidence of flower buds and in the end no raspberries but some growth. So, pruned them to the ground in February this year as instructed and waited. The plants have produced chest high stems since. It's now September 15th and still no flower buds and it looks like I'm once again not going to get any autumn raspberries. What's happened? What have I done wrong? Frustrated.

Once they've done that they will concentrate on producing berries.
You'll probably also find canes coming up elsewhere in the area next year - I just pull them out
