Sage disease

Hello, I got a 2 years old sage and after a glourious summer it starts to show curly leaves and black dots, is that a fungus and how shall I treat it?

    Not sure but sage likes dry conditions and good air flow around the plant. Could that be an issue? Can you cut off the damaged leaves?
