Red hylotelephium cuttings

Took some cuttings of a reddish purple hylo sedum . The shoots are all green, have I done something wrong?

They often start off like that  :)
They usually change when the plant gets bigger, although I have one which stayed green, and I think it was just a bit of reversion.

The great thing about them is that they're one of the easiest plants to propagate.  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • thanks that useful to know - will be patient and see if they change  :)
