@war garden 572 when will you realise that we in the UK are not interested in what American allotments looked like during the war.  Most of us weren’t even born then.
    You’re worse than Uncle Albert.
Most of us do care about the written English.
Have you exhausted all of the American gardening forums?.
I assume you think that the British haven’t yet learnt how to plan an allotment?

Please could you stop @war garden 572. We have been farming and growing all manner of things here for centuries and we do not need you to keep putting out posts like this.

    Why do you do it?

    Please stop.

  • As it is impossible to block/ignore wargardens posts, perhaps we could persuade him/her/it to move on to other wars ?  There are plenty of them after all and far more relevant in todays world.  How do you plan your veg garden when bombs keep falling on it ? Indeed a bomb could fall on your house so do you scramble to save your carefully drawn veg garden design before a ton of rubble falls on you or your family ?  Or how do you choose the right time to pick the odd bit of fruit and veg , if you've got any left of course, when a bunch of gun wielding idiots are shooting at anything that moves ?
There's a bit more to veg gardening in todays world than war garden would have us believe.

This person ignores everything other posters say,”

That’s not fair. @war garden 572 has promised to provide evidence from this forum that we’re a bunch of vegetable pruners. You remember making that promise, don’t you @war garden 572”? In fact, without wishing to nudge you too hard, would it be fair to say you’re working on it right now?

  • I don't see any space dedicated to reannuals though which could be a problem.
