  Ah that's clearer - it does look like ivy in flower but it's not.
  Maybe a seven-sons-tree?

  Flowers remind me of Tetradium daniellii (Bee Bee tree) but not sure about the leaves from the photos above.

  I think that could be a good call, @robairdmacraignil.  It's hard to see if the leaves in the OP's photo are pinnate or not because the head of the tree is very dense.  Flowers look identical though.
