Tomato plants - help needed

I’ve just come back from 2 weeks’ holiday and my tomato plants are in a sorry state. They are in a plastic greenhouse. I rigged up different watering systems. Some worked but there wasn’t enough water for 2 weeks. Some didn’t work at all. Most of the leaves are now crunchy and brown. Amazingly there were quite a few red tomatoes, some orange and some green. However some are speckly and I don’t know what this is or if they’re okay to eat.
