Can anyone put a name to these two plants?

Again, one of some un-identified plants in the garden we took over. We have identified many but need a little help to identify these tow please.
I don't want to keep posting here but as we are new to gardening of any sort, can anyone suggest a book which would help us to do the job ourselves. It would be great to have pictures, correct names and their common names available.
We are slowly compiling a plan of where everything is as it pops up and hope by next year we will have some idea how to care for what we have inherited.

Agree with @JennyJ about Oxalis for the pink flower, and definitely pull out the willowherb as soon as you can.
