Caucus Carota

I sowed Carrot seeds in the spring and very quickly one of the plants grew a flower. This has now set seed. I loved the flower. Could I save the seed and sow next year for the flowers, or do I sow it now where I would like it to flower (rather difficult as I have late summer perennials there at the moment)?
Any advice would be much appreciated
