Pittosporum Hedge Formative Pruning

Hi all.  I'm looking for a bit of guidance on formative pruning my new Pittosporum Wrinkled Blue hedge.  I planted them Autumn-22, so they've just been through their first growing season and things are going well so far!  I pruned lightly so far, once in April and then again mid summer.  I'm thinking they could use a third but worried it's getting a bit late in the season (despite the Indian summer in the south east right now!). My goal is to prune into a formal hedge but I want to keep them dense.  Would you prune again now (Sept-23) or wait until the Spring?

I wouldn't, just in case we get another winter like last year. A lot of people lost pittosporums.
How can you lie there and think of England
